All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are processed by 3pm (PST) on the day it is placed. Orders are shipped within 1 business day of processing. We do not ship or process orders on national holidays. Once an order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your order number and order details.

Return Policy
We accept returns of items in their original condition for up to 20 days from date of purchase. Items must be unused, in sealed packaging, and in its original condition. We provide store credits for returns but we do not provide refunds or cash back.
If you would like to return an item for store credit, please email us to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not return an item without an RMA number, this way we can make sure your returned item is tracked and accounted for. Once we receive your item, we will send you a confirmation email with your store credit.

One-of-a-Kind Items
We want you to know that many of our items are one-of-a-kind pieces. Although they are new and have never been used, the packaging might seem worn. This is merely an effect of travel and time's passing, but trust that the items inside are exceptional!
Special Orders
If there is an item you'd like to order in a quantity more than what we have on hand, we will special order it for you. Some items are one-of-a-kind and others are seasonal items that sell out quickly. In these cases, we will always try to get in touch with the manufacturer and see if we can order more. Other items are readily available and can be mass ordered without any difficulty. Please email us and we will work with you to make sure your special order is a success!
